Our property sourcing service covers residential and commercial opportunities across the UK. We look for overlooked potential, assessing the local market, improvement possibilities, likely costs and route to resale. Each opportunity is considered on its own merits, with the proposed structure, timescale and risks discussed individually.

MULTIPLE INVESTORS. ONE PROPERTY.
We bring multiple investors together to fund the purchase and development of a single property, combining capital to pursue opportunities that may be beyond an individual investment.
Each investor’s contribution, proposed return and security arrangements are set out in the project documentation before any commitment is made.
We seek projects targeting returns of 10% or more on the initial investment over the agreed project term. The target, timescale and basis of calculation are specified for each opportunity. This is a target, not a guaranteed or annual return.
Our proposed approach is to arrange security for each investor against the property or development, subject to the agreed legal structure and formal documentation. The form and ranking of security, any existing lending and each investor’s rights must be confirmed before funds are committed.
Security does not guarantee repayment. Recovery depends on the property’s value, the priority of other creditors and enforcement costs. Property investment carries risk, and you could lose some or all of your capital. Obtain independent legal and financial advice.
